The solution which works for me: Go to Windows Credential Manager (press Windows Key and type ‘credential’) to edit the git entry under Windows Credentials. Replace old password with the new one.
Change Administrator User Name for security reason.  Click Windows icon with Right button and open [Computer Management].  Open [Local Users and Groups] – [Users] and click [Administrator] with Right button and select [Rename]. Change any name you like.  Administrator Name is just changed.
